Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled date and time will receive a 100% refund of the payment in the method it was original paid. Upon request, donation-based cancelled sessions can be refunded.

You may reschedule your session online, 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, log in to your account and go to the Bookings tab. To cancel and not reschedule, please email Helen@findyourinnerwelllness.com so I can remove your session time from the calendar.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future sessions.

A late fee of $15 or more may apply if you are more than 15 minutes late to your session. Additionally, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, I will do my very best to reschedule your session for another time that is convenient to you.

There are currently no plans to offer in-person sessions.  

Session Routines: 

1. Set intentions for your session. 

2. Can sit or lay down during transmission of energy.

3. Sessions can run from 30-60 minutes depending on the amount of work needed. Most often first sessions take the longest for transmission of energy. Group sessions take up to 1 hour. The more members in the group the more time is needed for the clearings. Sessions offered remotely, phone or zoom. Land clearings will only be offered remotely.

4. I will normally start with a prayer then the remaining session is in silence for transmission of energy. At the end of the session, I will be speaking again to rebalance your body.

5. Last 5-15 minutes of the session is left for sharing or questions. 

*IMPORTANT*  

Please share in advance if you have received any Chemotherapy or Radiation treatments. As your sessions will be performed slightly different and you will receive additional instructions prior to your session.

Different clients will feel different things. Some may not feel anything at all. Each client's experience is individualized. This depends on a person's sensitivity level and how much you're ready to release as we always honor free will.

I follow Privacy and Confidentiality rules and regulations that are applicable to my services. Paper documents are kept in locked cabinets for short time and shredded. Electronic documents are stored in protected files. I do not share or market your personal information without your permission.

Absolutely! When booking the session, enter the information of the person you want to give the gift and s/he will receive the appointment notice. Gift cards are currently not available for purchase.
